  • Minimum Shipping Time: 1-2 business days for metro cities.
  • Maximum Shipping Time: 5-7 business days for remote locations.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays.

Order Processing

  • Orders for regular cakes must be placed 2 days prior.
  • Orders for occasional cakes (wedding cakes, communion cakes, etc.) must be placed 15 days prior.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹5000.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Delivery Areas

We deliver across Tamil Nadu to most pin codes. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package through our delivery partners, please report it to us immediately with photographic evidence for a swift resolution.
  • Once an order has been picked up by the customer from our place, we are not liable for any damage, mishandling, or spoilage that may occur thereafter. Accordingly, exchanges, returns, or refunds will not be provided in such cases.
